CC NonProfit v2.2 is here!

By May 21, 2012November 30th, 2022News

Cleveland Consuling, Inc., is pleased to announce the release of CC NonProfit v2.2.

Version 2.2 is available in both a free & a paid version, and is compatible with FileMaker Pro 11 and the recently released FileMaker Pro 12.

All the fixes and updates in this version were suggestions from current users of CC NonProfit v2.1. We could not have done it without the feedback of our customers. If you have not yet done so, please fill out this short survey so we can continue serving your organization!

The Updates

The most significant changes allow you to add a group of contacts to a new or existing Contact List, on the fly. Once you have found a group of contacts or a group of donations, you can add those contacts to a Contact List from either the Contact or the Donations detail screen.

You can also now add the members of one Contact List to another new or existing List. This is particularly useful for building a master list from smaller lists, or for creating a new list that is very similar to an existing list.

A Primary Contact option has been added to Group Contacts.

New fields have been added to the letter-building screen in the Correspondence section. You can now add the Primary Contact, Donation Amount, and Donation Date to the letter templates.

The Fixes

We have fixed a few user-reported bugs, too. Among the most significant fixes, a bug has been eliminated from the Import Wizard utility that prevented imported Contact Lists from populating, and which had sometimes caused duplicate record IDs in various tables.

Help Us, Help You

Again, we could not have made any of these changes without the feedback of our loyal customers! If you have a suggestion for future versions of CC NonProfit, or you just have general feedback, please take a minute or two to let us know by filling out this short survey.

Thanks,

The CC NonProfit Team
